Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Award winners feted at the TIFF Lightbox

On Aug. 14, the 16th annual Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Award winners were celebrated at a ceremony held at the TIFF Lightbox. Presented by Western Union and program partners COSTI and Windmill Microlending, the awards highlight the success stories of immigrants and refugees from around the world who now make their home in Canada. The winners exemplify Canada’s diversity and have made substantial economic, social and cultural contributions to their new home.
